WebSlower is a web development tester tool.

It provides the following features:

• Test web sites (local and remote) at a slower speed. This is useful to simulate the behavior of your website when visited by users with low connection. You can use it also for testing Flash preloads.
• Analyze request and response headers during navigation.
• Edit and test the HTML content of the current page using the integrated syntax highlighted editor.
• Execute custom HTTP request through the integrated web browser.
